5. Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner(On 31 Dec 2015): THB 4,900/ adult, THB 2,450/child(4 - 12yrs), FOC infant ( below 4 yrs).

6. Transfer :
- 1 - 5 Persons : THB 1,000 Net per way per car

- 6 - 10 Persons : THB 1,500 Net per way per van

7. Peak Season : Peak season will have a minimum stay of 4 nights (Deluxe Suites & Outdoor Jacuzzi Suites), 5 nights(Private Pool Villa).

8. Period of occupancy:

- Confirmed villas will usually be available of occupancy after 1400pm on the day of arrival. Check-Out time is 1200 noon. Villas used from 1200 noon to 1800pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the villa rate. Villa occupied beyond 1800pm will be charged at the full villa rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the property.

Very big project and many villas/suites, this place is perfect of honeymooners. The prime location on the private beach, with free transfer from/to the mainland for 24 hours. While the sea water levels down, the beach is not nice. Beware of high or low tide before arrival since you may change the ...
