1. The above rates are per room per night and are quoted in Thai Baht.

2. Daily buffet breakfast for 2 persons at Hotel Restaurant.

5. Surcharge for New Year’s Eve @THB1000 per room on 31st Dec ‘16

6. Surcharge for Chinese New Year @THB600 per room per night during 26th Jan – 5th Feb ’17.

7. Meals :
- American Breakfast : 300 Baht per adult and 150 Baht per Child (4-12 y.o).
- Set Lunch : 400 Baht per adult and 200 Baht per Child (4-12 y.o).

- Set Dinner : 500 Baht per adult and 250 Baht per Child (4-12 y.o).

8. A minimum of 3 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation during 29 Dec ’16 – 03 Jan ’17.

9. Accommodation is free of charge for children from infancy to 12 years of age sharing the same room with parents and using the existing bedding (to a maximum of 1 child per room). The contract meal rates will apply for children from 4 to 12 years of age.

10. The sofa bed rates will be applied for an extra person in room, where extra bedding is required and inclusive of breakfast.

11. Arrival & Departure Time

- The Hotel cannot guarantee availability of rooms for arrivals before 14:00 hrs. Departure time is 12:00 hrs.

- Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

* Up to 18.00 hrs: at 50% of the contracted rate

* Beyond 18.00 hrs: at 100% of the contracted rate
