Entering the villa from the substantial pool area, the lower level features 5 bedrooms - 3 rooms have direct pool access. Four of the ground floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is another bathroom in front of the fifth bedroom. Two of these bedrooms have king size beds, the third one has a king size bed plus a single bed, the forth room has two sets of bunk beds, and the last room has a set of bunk beds plus a single bed. One of the living areas with the game room is on this floor, bringing endless fun to all: cable TV, DVD player, surround system, workout space, pool table and dart board - just choose what you like.
