3. The twin rates for the 2 BR Pool Villa Suite are applicable for 2, 3 or 4 people.

4. Rooms have a large day bed whcih can be made inti bed for sleeping. Some rooms can also accommodate an additional person in a rollaway bed at 2,910 B for High and Low Season and 4,520 B for Peak Season per person.

5. Child below 12 years sharing room with adult's ae free of charge (room only).

6. Baby cot are free of charge.

7. For safety reason child under 12 years not allowed in a pool villa unless a waiver is signed by parents.

8. Meal Rate:

* ABF : 750 B

* Lunch : 950 B

* Dinner : 1,500 B

* Child 2- 12 years : 50% discount.

9. Airport Transfer : 500 B per person per way.

10. Honeymooners : Minimum 4 night stay.

11. Check in 4 pm and check out 12 noon. late check in or early check out will be considered subject to availabe. Late check out 50% charge.
