Nisha Ville Kuiburi, the stylish villas and resort facilities are designed and will be built to superior specification. Each villa features a large outdoor terrace, open plan living and dining areas, luxurious bedding and spacious ‘designer’ bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Fully equipped European-style kitchens include coffee and tea making facilities, a microwave and dishwashing machine in addition to a clothes washer and dryer, making our villas perfect for long-stay guests.

The Clubhouse is the social center of the resort. A place to drink in the sparkling sea view from a lounger on the rooftop, or sip something stronger in the Pool Bar at sunset with family and friends.our Spa rejuvenating your body and mind with a variety of Nishaville signature treatments.

Nisha Ville Kuiburi with 36 well appointed villas are set in 27 acres of landscaped tropical gardens allowing superb views of the unspoiled beach. Fully equipped European-style kitchens include coffee and tea making facilities, a microwave etc.

Perfect for families or couples, our Coconut Villas are available from 1 up to 3 bedrooms. You will appreciate the large living space offered: 75 sqm (1-bedroom configuration), 95 sqm (2 bedrooms configuration) and 105sqm for the 3 bedrooms. All our Villas offer a large covered terrace in front of 28sqm.

Parents can easily look after their little ones without sacrificing on privacy and a restful night. All Villas offer a living room, a dining room, free Wi-Fi & air conditioned in each room. A generous sized master bedroom features a free-standing tub and separate shower in the “ensuite” bathroom. The beach and the swimming pool are few steps away from our Villas.

For peak season period (20 December - 10 January), the hotel request a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Meal Rates
- Breakfast at THB 400net per person pere meal (inclusive)
- Lunch at THB 650net per person per meal.
- Dinner at THB 750 net per person per meal.

New Year's Eve dinner on 31 Dec at THB 3,500 net per adult / Child 50%(Compulsory)

Children Policy and extra person policy
- Baby cot for child under 3 years is free of charge.
- A maximum of 1 child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding.
- All children under the age of 12 are entitled to 50% discount on all contracted meal arrangements.
