1. All Room are net per room per night inclusive of daily American breakfast, except duration 16 May 15 – 19 Oct 15 rate exclusive breakfast.

2. Child & Extra person Policy:

- Accommodation free of charge for 1 child age lower than 5 years old, sharing parents’ room and utilizing existing bedding and additional charge at THB 700.-net on breakfast per day.

- We provide only extra mattress for extra-person only.

3. Period of Occupancy: Check in time is 14.00 hrs and Check out time is 11.00 hrs : The rooms confirmed as reserved will be available for occupation by the guest at the check in time on the date of arrival until check out time on the date of departure.

4. Late Check out: The hotel may allow a late check out is subject to room availability. Late check out shall incur the following charges (unless specified otherwise in writing by the hotel), Room used from 12.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs on the day of departure will be charge at 50% of the room rates. Room occupied beyond 18.00 hrs will be charge at the full room rates, unless specially specified otherwise in writing by the hotel.

รีสอร์ทอยู่ติดหน้าหาด หาดค่อนข้างจะเป็นหาดส่วนตัวมาก หาดทรายสะอาด ห้องพักที่พักเป็นห้อง New Deluxe Sea View Bungalow ห้องพักเห็นวิวทะลชัดเจนมาก บรรรยากาศดีมาก แต่หน้าเสียดายที่ห้องพักอยู่ห่างจากถนนคนเดินมาก อาจจจะไม่สะดวกนิดหน่อย หากจะเดินเล่นถนนคนเดิน
