1. Rates quoted are in Thai Baht, per room per night and are inclusive of Daily breakfast in the restaurant, 2-Bedroom Beachfront Pool Villa for four (4) persons and 3-Bedroom Ocean View Pool Villa for six (6) persons.

2. For Peak Season which is from 20 December 2012 – 10 January 2013:

- A minimum of five (5) nights’ consecutive stay is required.

- There is compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2012 at THB 12,000 nett per adult and THB 6,000 nett per child.

3. Meals Rate:

- Breakfast : 750 Baht (Adult) 500 Baht (Child 3-11 years)

- Lunch : 1,300 Baht (Adult) 650 Baht (Child 3-11 years)

- Dinner : 1,800 Baht (Adult) 900 Baht (Child 3-11 years)

4. Extra Bed :

- Extra bed charge for one adult is THB 2,600 nett per bed per night, and includes breakfast.

- Extra bed charge for one child (age between 3-12 years old) is THB 1,300 nett per bed per night, and includes breakfast.

5. Infant (under 3 years old) can be provided one baby cot upon request (no charge).

6. Airport Transfer :

- One-way airport transfer by private car, from Phuket Airport to resort or vice versa, is THB 1,200 nett per car per way. Maximum three (3) persons are allowed per car.

- One-way airport transfer by minivan, from Phuket Airport to resort or vice versa, is THB 1,400 nett per van per way. Maximum six (6) persons are allowed per van.

7. Check in time is 2.00pm (local time) and check out time is 12.00pm (local time).
