• The above rates are inclusive of American Breakfast.

• The extra bed can not be set up in our Beach font and Sea View Superior (Villa).

• Surcharge : 500 Baht room/night for the period of Songkran Festival 12-16 April of each years. (5 Days)

• Meal Rate : ABF : 450 Baht Adult and 250 Baht Child 5-12 Years old.

• Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner (31 Dec 15)

• Child Policy:

- Child under 12 years old that sharing with parents room and used existing bed. Only ABF will be charged 50% of adult's rate/Infant up to 4 Years old is F.O.C

• Period of occupancy :

- Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Room used between 12.00 noon and 6.00 p.m. will charge at 50% of contract rate Room used beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charge at the full contract rate. In addition rooms for day-use up to space available.

บรรยากาศดีมาก อาหารอร่อย ห้องพักสวย แต่มีนักท่องเที่ยวเยอะไปนิดนึง แต่โดยรวมดีมาก

ห้องพักสวย,กว้างและสะอาดเหมาะกับการพักผ่อน เด็กๆชอบสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ดีและยังติดหาดด้วย ออกมาหาของกินก็ง่ายสะดวกมาก ต่างชาติมาพักเยอะแต่พนักงานไม่ค่อยบริการหรือสนใจแขกคนไทย

Summary would be , a nice resort with a great location. I would recommend this resort to families with one child and couple without child's. For younger generation is this resort too conservative and night life boring
