1. All rates are in Thai Baht per villa per night.

2. Maximum 2 adults are allowed for sharing room with parents.

3. Maximum 4 adults are allowed for each two bedroom Pool Villa, Sunset Suite, Garden Villa.

4. Max 1-2 Persons/room in Deluxe Balcony, and 3-4 persons/room in Garden Villa, Sunset Jacuzzi, Sunset Suite Pool Villa And Beachfront Villa.

5. The extra adult of two bedrooms Pool Villa will be considered and charged as extra person @ 1,000 THB Including ABF.

6. Children Policy: Maximum 3 adults + 1 Child or 2 adults + 2 childs are allowed for each villa.

- Children age 5 - 12 years old sharing bed with parent, the hotel will consider breakfast 50% discount from adult rate (200 Baht/Child). A baby cot can be provided on complimentary basis.

7. Day Use rooms: Day use rooms are charged at 50% of the rate for use between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. and at full rate for arrivals before 12:00 noon and departure after 6:00 p.m., unless prior arrangments are made directly with the hotel concerned. After 6;00 p.m., a full day charge will apply.

8. Check -in/check-out: Check in time is available from 16:00 hrs. Rooms required check in prior to 14:00 hrs, will required preregistration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of room will be charged at 50% of the room rate and should be required at time of reservation. Check out time is 12:00 noon. late departure up to 18:00 hrs, is charged at 50%. After 18:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs is charged one night.

11. Honeymooners and Birthday celebrations: Guest who stay with the minimum of 2 nights stay with the usage of room rate, honeymooners or couples will receive the complimentary 30 min couple massage at Pandanus Spa (This special offer also doesn't include or combine with other special rates or packages offered).
