Guest rooms are categorized into Boat House 10 vessels including 30 rooms, a hotel with 16 rooms, a resort with 60 rooms, Marina house with 5 rooms, the house beside mine with 9 rooms, lake side residence with 6 rooms and President with 4 rooms.  This makes a total of 139 rooms.
