Baan Bayan (Bayan House) was originally built in the early 1900's . Baan Bayan is a boutique beachfront hotel in Hua Hin. It is only a few minutes for you to drive to Hua Hin town and market. The hotel is one of the rarest and finest examples of a Thai style colonial house, meticulously restored with strong emphasis on details. Guests staying at Baan Bayan, can experience the glory of a bygone era in its colonial style structure, yet with all of today's modern comforts and amenities.

- Set Menu Dinner 650 Bht - Western set + soft drinks minimum 10 person.
- Buffet lunch 580 Bht - Thai buffet + soft drinks minimum 30 persons.
- Buffet dinner 750 Bht - International buffet + soft drinks minimum 30 persons.

Children Policy:
- Child under 12 years sharing parent's room, 1 baby cot free of charge on room only basis, up to a maximum of 1 child per room. 50% discount on breakfast only for child under 12 yrs old. Extra bed will be charged at 1,000 net / night inclusive of daily breakfast.

รีสอร์ทติดหาด สระว่ายน้ำของที่นี้สวยมาก อยู่ติดหาดเลยค่ะ รีสอร์ทอยู่ใจกลางเมืองสะดวกสบายในการเดินทางเป็นอย่างมากค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างมาก เหมือนอยู่ที่บ้านเลยค่ะ สไตย์เป็นไทยๆ ด้วยค่ะ

ไปแล้วประทับใจมากค่ะ อยากจะไปอีก ห้องพักใหญ่มาก รีสอร์ทติดหาด สระว่ายน้ำน่าเล่นมาก แต่เสียดายวันที่เข้าพักไม่ได้เอาชุดว่ายน้ำไป เลยอดว่ายน้ำเลย อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน้อยไปหน่อย

Manager should have handled the problem with our ac unit better. (see below)

-After 5 days of having a leaky ac unit that flooded the floor and a lot of persistence by me, we were finally shifted to a new room.
