• The above rates are exclusive of government tax .
• Rate are for room only is not breakfast.
• Transfer roundtrip From / To Airport or Bus Terminal By Pick up @ 250 Bath / Person.
• Meal Rate : Baht / Person

• Children (between 4-12 years old) Join with parent without extra bed is free of charge (Maximum 1 person)
  child breakfast discount 50 %.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Cancellation and No Show Policy:
  - The cancellation notice must be notified be written notice to Bangkok reservation office-as  early as possible but in any case than 37 days. A late cancellation fee equivalent to the rates for one night will be charged. In case of early check out , 30% of all cancelled booking will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
• For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
• Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
• Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
