All rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive
ABF 2 persons, service charge. Not include VAT.
Extra bed 500 THB/person,
maximum 1 person per 1 room.
Child under 12 years sharing room with adult (s) additional 150 THB (Only BF. include)
No pet allowed.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and
conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation/Amendment
Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement within 37 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at 50% room rate per room. And
within 22 days prior to arrival date. charge 100% of room rate.
No show: total payment will be
charged.
If you wish to cancel your
booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7%
of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to
charge up to 1000 THB).
For any Cancellation /
Amendment, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is
non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for Early Check Out
& No Show (failure to arrive).
