Terms & Conditions:

• The above rate are inclusive of 10% service charge,  exclusive of 7%government tax and quoted in Thai Baht.

• This price included 2 BF for Pai Chom Mok, Pai Chom View, Pai Klang Doi, 3 BF for Pai Rak and 4 BF for Pai Country.

• Child (1 - 10 years) shares room with the parents is free of charge ( No extra bed & No Breakfast ).

• Breakfast for child (1-10 years) 80 THB/person.

• Extra bed above price available for extra person and included BF.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - Low Season : 1 Night charged if cancellation within 18 days.
  - High Season: 1 Night charged if cancellation within 20 days.
  - Peak Season: full charged if cancellation within 37 days.

• No show: total payment will be charged. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive)
