• Above room rates are inclusive of breakfast service charge and tax.

• 1,000 Baht for extra person/extra bed breakfast included.

  -ABF : Adult 300 Baht
  -Lunch : Adult 500 Baht
  -Dinner : Adult 650 Baht
  -BBQ : Adult 800 Baht

• Family Plan : Children from 2 - 12 years of age occupying in the same room with parents Extra Bed F.O.C and breakfast will be charged @150 Baht per child or 2 childs equal 1 adult. Will be charge triple rate rate. Lunch and dinner charged 50% disc

• Compulsory Gala Dinner
  - Christmas for December 24 2012 : Adult 3,000 per/person Child 50%
  - New Year for December 31 2012 : Adult 6,000 per/person Child 50%
  - Russian Night for January 6 2012 : Adult 3,000 per/person Child 50% (Except Muslim & Baltic Countrie)

• Room occupancy
  - Confirm rooms shell be available for occupancy after 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out is 12.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. on the departure day will be charged at 50%. Room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full.

• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
  Cancellation and No Show Policy :
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
   * Peak Season : 37 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 2 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
   * High Season : 19 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
   * Low Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. No show: total payment will be charged.
