Terms & Conditions:

  • All of the above rates include breakfast, service charge and VAT and are quoted in Thai Baht.

  • Child Policy: no charge for children under 12 years when sharing room with parent (s). Maximum of 2 children per room Continental Breakfast per child is chargeable at 95 baht.

  • Check In/ Check Out:
    Check in time is after 14:00 hrs and Check Out time is 12:00 hrs. Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients, Request for late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure. Late Check-out until 17.00 Hrs. will be charged 500 Baht per room and late check-out until 21.00 hrs. will be charged for full room rate.

  • Cancellation:
    Cancellation for Low Season can be made at least 10 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty for 1 night.
    Cancellation for High Season can be made at least 20 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty for 1 night.
    Cancellation for Peak Season can be made at least 30 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty for 3 nights.

  • No Show: Full Charge

  • Master and VISA Card plus 3.5% service charge

  • Full prepayment prior to arrival date.
