Rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of ABF, Tax and service charge.

The above rates are applied for Russian & CIS market or Thai Residents.

For period 13 -16 Apr 12 there will be a surcharge for Thai Resident & Expatriates at 500 baht / day.

 Child policy:
 - Children under 2 years old, sharing existing bed with parents is FOC.
 - Children between 2 -11 years old, compulsory an extra bed tare shown. (Breakfast included) maximum 1 child per room.

 Check in time is 14.00 hrs (2pm)

 Check out time is 12.00 hrs

Rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Rooms used beyond 6 pm will be charged at the full contract rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation after that lead to one-night room rate charged.
