Hot Deals are based on our agreed contract rates for Grand Deluxe
Pool, Junior Pool Suite, Spa Pool Suite, Grand Pool Suite, 2 Bedroom
Grand Pool Suite including daily buffet breakfast for up to two
persons (except 2 Bedroom Grand Pool Suite will be up to four
persons) and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% Vat and 1%
Provincial tax.
- Prices quoted are for
single or double occupancy (except 2 Bedroom Grand Pool Suite which
will up to four persons)
- Compulsory charge at
THB 600 nett per person per night for buffet breakfast applies on
free nights offered
- The third person
charge is THB 1,200 nett per person per night (including the Free
Night) 50% discount for children under 12 years of age.

issued with Racha Vouchers valued at THB 400 for each day of stay,

The above schedule
may change subject to flight arrival times of guests or weather
and sea conditions, but the boat will not leave earlier than the
above schedule in any case. Important Notice: Guests arriving later than 15.30 h. at Phuket
International Airport cannot be transferred to The Racha on the
same evening, as we do not operate the boat at night time. The
Racha will assist in making alternative arrangements for
overnight stays in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or
delays, but will not be financially responsible.
Please also notice that guests are encouraged to wear appropriate and
light attire for the boat transfer.
The Racha will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety
concern or in case of strong winds or uncertain sea conditions.
Every effort will be made by our land based staff in Phuket or
at The Racha in case you are on The Island to assist in making
alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation is
considered safe.
Check-in and Check-out
Time: The villas confirmed as reserved shall be made available for
occupancy after 14.00 h. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00
h. Late check-outs after 12.00 h. until 16.00 h. shall be charged at 50%
of the rate. Villas occupied beyond 16.00 h. shall be charged at full
rate. Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgement within
- 20 days prior to arrival date for High Season (01 Nov - 19 Dec & 11 Jan - 30 Apr).
Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at one-night room rate per villa. No show
will be charged at min. 3 nights
- 37 days prior to arrival date for
Peak Season
(20 Dec -
10 Jan).
Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at two nights room rate per villa. No show
will be charged at full stay.

10 days prior to arrival date for Low Season (01 May - 31 Oct).
Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at one-night room rate per villa. No show

- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000
THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through
credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
