General Terms and Conditions

The Villas confirmed as reserved shall be made available for
occupancy after 14.00h.on the day of arrival. Check out time is
12.00h. Late check –outs after 12.00h. until 16.00h. shall be
charged 50% of the full contract Rate.

Villa occupied beyond 16.00h. shall be charge at full contract Rate.
-In
the event of no –show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights
for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
-For early departure, the hotel will charge for the entire duration
of stay. No refund will be made for any early departure.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival, will be
charge of 100% of entire stay.

The above schedule
may change subject to flight arrival times of guests or weather
and sea conditions, but the boat will not leave earlier than the
above schedule in any case. Important Notice: Guests arriving later than 15.30 h. at Phuket
International Airport cannot be transferred to The Racha on the
same evening, as we do not operate the boat at night time. The
Racha will assist in making alternative arrangements for
overnight stays in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or
delays, but will not be financially responsible.
Please also notice that guests are encouraged to wear appropriate and
light attire for the boat transfer.
The Racha will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety
concern or in case of strong winds or uncertain sea conditions.
Every effort will be made by our land based staff in Phuket or
at The Racha in case you are on The Island to assist in making
alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation is
considered safe.
Check-in and Check-out

- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000
THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through
credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
