Cancellation and No
show Policy :
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written
notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we
reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room
rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total
payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your
booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a
cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than
1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation /
Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card
is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check
Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
No Show, late cancellation and early check out during the
high and peak seasons, we reserve the right to not refund.
Full prepayment .
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed
Which type of bed
do you prefer to have between Double (1 big bed) or TWIN
(2 separate single beds) ? We can't
confirm but will try best to manage it for you
