Transfer service
The journey from Krabi airport to the resort takes about 30 minutes. It is two and a half hours from Phuket airport.

There is a minimum charge of 600 baht per group from Krabi airport to the resort.
An additional of 200 baht/person is charged for more than 2 passengers per group.

There is a minimum charge 2500 baht per group from Phuket airport to the resort. An additional of 800 baht/person is charged for more than 2 passengers per group.

Family Plan
-Children over 12 yrs need extra bed sharing with 2 adults
-Maximum 1 extra person in each room type entry.
-No extra charge for first child in parent room, except Breakfast charge 200 Baht person
-Children under 2 yrs are free of charge.

Transfer Service
-There is minimum charge of 600 Baht per group from Krabi airport to resort. Additional of 200 Baht person is charge for more than 2 passengers per group
-There is minimum charge of 2,500 Baht per group from Phuket airport to the resort Additional of 800 Baht person is charge for more than 2 passengers per group

Period of Occupancy: room used from 12-18:00 hrs on the day departure will be charged 50% of room rate.

Reservation Policy:
Full prepayment prior to arrival date.

Cancellation / Amendment Policies:
Cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within
- 50 days prior to arrival date for peak season;
- 35 days for high season; and
- 21 days for low season.
Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge
- one-night room rate for low season; and
- total payment for other seasons.
This late cancellation is also applicable with late amendment.

No Show:
one-night room rate charged for low season;
100% charge for other season.

Master and VISA Card charged additional 3.5%.
