- Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
High Season / Peak Season
No-show or cancellation 21 days or less before check in date, charged 2 nights stay.
Cancellation 21-37 days before check in date will be charged 1 night stay.
For Shortening stay ( Reduction of number of stay) . The resort reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee that is equivalent to contract rate for 2 nights for each room cancelled.
Low Season
No-show or cancellation 17 days or less before check in date, charged 1 night stay.
