The owner originally bought this piece of land to build his dreamed vacation home. After experiencing with the charm Amphawa has to offer, he decided to expand the project into the resort to share the same experience with everyone.

Remark:
  • The Rates are net in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Tax.
  • Supplementary charge of 400 Baht applied for reservations of Superior, Deluxe, Prime Villa, Pool Villa, 1,000 Baht for all Suites
    and two bedroom villas from 24 Dec 11 - 4 Jan 12 and  10 - 16 Apr 12.
  • All Rates quoted are inclusive of American Breakfast for single & double occupancy.
  • The Third and The Fifth person applies and accommodated in a rollaway only.
  • Cooking show & Dinner : 500 Baht per person ( minimum of two persons ).
    This includes a cooking show of one Thai dish by chef and dinner of three Thai dishes and fresh fruit.
  • No accommodation charge for children 6 years and under when sharing a room with parents. For children between 6-12 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed, there is additional charge of 400 Baht. Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.
  • Select Spa treatments
    - Divine bu ERB : A one hour Aromatherapy Massage at 1,500 Baht.
    - Nuad Prakob : A 90 minutes Thai Massage with herbal compressed ball at 1,300 Baht.
     This special price is only applicable for advanced booking by webside
  • Meals Rate:
    Breakfast      200 Baht/per person
    Lunch/Dinner 300 Baht/per person for Thai style set dinner (minimum of two persons)
                       (This includes three Thai style dishes and fresh fruit)
    Seafood        580 Baht/per person (1 Appetizer, 1 Soup, 2 main dish, Seafood basket Steam rice, Seasonal fruit, Drinking water)
  • Private boat trip
    - Boat trip available on site upon request.
  • Check-in / Check-out :
    Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noon). For a late check out to 18:00 hours, half charge of applicable daily rate applies. For check outs after 18:00 hours, one full night rate applies.
  • Cancellation and No show Policy :
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
  • Payment Policy :
    Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
