Le Bayburi Villa’s is a private complex of 4 privately owned luxury
beachfront villas, operated as vacation home rentals for short and long
stay guests. Guests can choose between the four themed Villas, each with
completely self contained facilities, including private pool.

Villa B : Pacific Hideaway
Pacific Hideaway villa is inspired
from pacific island and northern Australian beachfront homes. The
villa has a warm natural feel to it, with an island hideaway
feeling that supports a relaxing and private vacation break. Like
all the villas, the Pacific Hideaway is directly on the
beachfront, with absolutely uninterrupted views from almost every
area of the villa and outdoor areas.
Villa C Modern Tropical
A more traditional Asian tropical design so popular in the
regional is reflected in the contemporary design of this villa.
For those guests who either haven't experienced that Asian
tropical experience or enjoy this style of accommodation, then
this villa is one of the best you will ever find. Very much in
keeping with the surrounding area and resorts the tropical feeling
of the villa is only further improved by the glorious outdoor
living areas and absolute beach frontage enjoyed from every area
of the villa.
Villa D : Scandinavian
Vocation
For those people who want a completely new vacation experience,
this beachfront villa is decorated in a blend of modern and
traditional Scandinavian material and furniture. It provides a
refreshing change for those people who are looking for something
different in terms of a vacation experience. The design makes the
most of the indoor outdoor living area, and the fabulous ocean
views from all areas of the villa.
Room rates are on per room (2
persons) per night basis and nett, inclusive of 10% service
charge and 7 % government tax
Minimum 2 consecutive night
during weekend and long weekend.
Checkin at 14:00 hrs and checkout
is 12:00 hrs.
This
promotion is not applicable to groups, conferences or
meetings

Suvarnnabhumi - Resort 4,500 Baht per way per car

Check in time is 14.00 hrs. and check out time is 12.00 hrs.
Late check-out is subject to room availability. Villa use
from 12.00-18.00 hrs. on the day of departure will be
charged at 50%, Villa occupy beyond 18.00 hrs. will be
charged at the full contract rates, unless specified
otherwise in writing be Villa.
Full prepayment.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed.
Cancellation
and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to the group’s/ FIT’ scheduled arrival. In the
event that this written notice is not received within the
time limit stated and in the event that there is no show
from the group/FIT the deposit will be forfeited
automatically or a no show charge will be applied of 1
night.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email,
we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee
charged is non-refundable in all cases. No show: total payment will be charged.
