The
above rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and
7% VAT.
No extra
charge for children under 12 years old sharing same room
with parents. Breakfast will be charged at Baht 160-,
Other meals at 50% discount from contract. (Up to a
maximum 1 child per 1 room).
All
rates are included daily breakfast and Wi-Fi Internet
access for 24 hours.
Meal
Rates:
American Breakfast : 320 THB for adult and 160 THB for
child (05-12 years).
Lunch : 600 THB for adult and 300 THB for child (05-12
years).
Dinner : 700 THB for adult and 350 THB for child (05-12
years).
Check in
time is from 14.00 hrs, and check out is 12.00 hrs. Late
departures up to 18.00 hrs are available, subject to
availability, at 50% of contract rate. After 18.00 hrs,
the full day rate will be applied. The day use room
requirements should be requested at the time of
reservation.
Cancellation and NO SHOW charges:

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 5
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation/
Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is
accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
