- Check in time is 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. Access to rooms prior to 14.00 hours is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed unless a prior night has been booked.
- Check out time is 12.00 hours on the day of departure. Late check out up to 18.00 hours will be charged at 50%.For check out after 18.00 hours a full night rate will apply.

Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room up to total payment.

No show: total payment will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).

Deluxe Room Our Deluxe-River / Poolview rooms have been specifically designed with the needs of today's sophisticated traveler inmind. All rooms are available with King- or Twin beds, a coffee table, lounge chair and a writing desk. Seperate en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower.

Grand Deluxe Room The Grand Deluxe rooms are 42 square meters and are specially designed to cater for the needs of the "physically challenged". Doors' width are 1.10 meters and wheelchairs can access the rooms from the coridor without ramp. There is a small ramp from the bedroom to the bathroom to enable access to the shower area by wheelchair. All Grand Deluxe rooms have river view.
