Land are fully invited to use any of our In-House
facilities as often as you choose with no extra
cost. In-House's facilities include Fitness Centre,
Sauna and Steam Room, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and
Business Center Services.
The fitness centre is adjacent to the swimming pool and
features the latest running and weight machines.
The large outdoor swimming pool is located on the 3 rd
floor and is near the sauna and steam rooms and the
Jacuzzi.
The spacious sauna and steam rooms are opposite to the
swimming pool.
The Jacuzzi can also be located opposite the large
outdoor swimming pool.
Along with our fully furnished colourful apartments we offer
a number of services and the use of our facilities
is free of charge.

Cancellation and No
show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee
charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: Full
charged.
Full prepayment:
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
