Remark:
The above rates are
in Thai Baht inclusive of applicable service charge,
applicable government tax (VAT), currently at 10% and 7%
respectively and American
Breakfast.
Free of charge for children 12 years
old sharing parents room without extra bed.
We will
charge 125 baht for American Breakfast per head.
Transfer
Rates (Phuket International Airport - Resort): 2,000 - 2,800 Baht/One
Way.
Compulsory Dinner:
- Christmas Eve Dinner 24th Dec : 1,500 B/Adult and 750
B/Child under 12 years.
- New Year Eve Dinner 31st Dec : 1,500 B/Adult and 750
B/Child under 12 years.
There is a supplementary ferry charge of 200
Baht/One Way for transfer service between 18:00 to 06:00.
Day use from 12:00 noon to 18.00 hours will be charged 50%
of the room rates.
The room confirmed as reserved shall
be made available for occupancy from 14.00 noon date of
arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon.
Cancellation
and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 14 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- 40 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least 50% of the total room rate per
room. No Show: - One night room rate will be charged for each
room not taken up during Low Season.
- Full Charge for each room not taken up during High and Peak Season.
Full prepayment
and Flight Details are required within 35 days prior to arrival date.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
