 Amphoe Borai
Talad Ploy

It's known as gem markets in Amphoe Borai are the source of Siam ruby of red ruby.  Major markets are Hua Tung and Song Yo in Borai Community.  Other markets are in Baan Nong Bon, Baan Sa Yai abd Baan Ta Ngam.  Markets are open in the early morning until 10.00 AM.

Saladdai Waterfall

separates from Chintakanonda Road at the 25th kilometer stone.  The waterfall is 7 km from the road.  The area rich with natural environment like forest and mountains is proper for taking a read rest.

Amphoe Khao Saming
Wat Muang Kao Saen Tum

in Khao Ta Moh, Moo 7 Baan Erem.  Tambon Praneet.  The temple is 38 km far from Amphoe Khao Saming Office.  In the southern area lies dark brown stone ingots of different shapes from 4 to 9 sides.  The stone are 30-150 cm in length and weigh from 10-100 km.  The way the stone are put and piled up suggests that the area once used to be a place of worship.  When knocked upon, some stone give the sound resembling that of bells.  The historical site is believed to be built in pre-BC time.

Amphoe Klong Yai
Sai Kaew Beach

is 200 meters from Km 41-42 of the right of 318 Highway.

Sai Ngam Beach

 is 300-meter far from Km 41 of the right of 318 Highway.

Mai Rood or Samran Beach

is situated 5-kilometer far from km 57-58 on the right of 318 Highway.  The footpath down to the beach is in front of the community center.

Baan Hat Lek, or Hat Lek

village is the border community.  The area is the embarkation point for Ko Kong of Cambodia.  The ferry fee is 100 baht per person or 800 baht for a charter service.

Baan Chuen Beach

formerly named Maro, lies on the right parting way 3 kilometer from Km 59-60 before reaching Amphoe Klong Yai.  It is said that sand on the beach is the most delicate of all.

Amphoe Laem Ngob
Laem Ngob

lies 17 Km away from the inner city of Trat along 3184 Highway.  The big pier where tourists can get ferry service to islands such as Ko Chang, Ko Kradat, Ko Wai, Ko Kud etc is about 500-meter far from the Office of the Amphoe.  Besides, in the area tourist can find shops selling souvenirs, sea food shops and other products like shrimp paste, dried shrimp fish sauce and ngob (kind of hat worn by Thai female peasants made of bamboos and palm leaves) of different patterns.

Taan Ku Bay

is situated in Tambon Bang Pid, 12 Km from Amphoe Laem Ngob along 3156 Highway and 8 Km from Laem Ngob-Baan San Tung Intersection.  The area is 4 Km from the main road.  Beautiful beaches the bay is for tourists to relax.  Food shops are easily found Baan Num Chiaw is 8 Km along Trat-Laem Ngob Road from urban area The community is famous as a source of a pattern of ngob called “Num Chiaw” which is the age-old handicraft of the people in the province.  Fisheries products such as shrimp Paste, dried Shrimp and fish sauce are available in the village as well
