Flight
details:
At the same time also confirmation of arrival details, verifying
airspace is secured. During the peak season period of 20
Dec - 10 Jan, we require the flight details at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and No show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgement within - 50 days prior to arrival date for 20 Dec - 10 Jan.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per
room.
- 20 days prior to arrival date for other period (11 Jan 10 - 31 Mar 10, 01 Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10). Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
No Show Policy: minimum two nights room rate will be charged, except the
period 20 Dec - 10 Jan when the fee equal to total stay is charged.
Full
prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master
card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is
confirmed.
