Family Plan: No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under,
sharing parent's room utilizing existing bedding. Children over 12 years
of age shall be considered as adults.

Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy
after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon.
Rooms used from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be
charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be
charged at the full rate. To guarantee early check-in (before the
official 2 p.m. check-in time), room must be booked the previous night
with a one night room charge applicable.

High Season (01 Nov - 30 Apr). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge

Low Season (01 May - 31 Oct). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
