- Sight pollution : A part of resort will be closed and cordoned off as
seperate construction area

- 8 units, which close to main beach of Khaolak as 4 Deluxe Rooms and 4
Deluxe Pavilion Rooms still operate during this period with some
facilities will be closed as Reception / All day Dining Restaurant
Building and Swimming Pool
- Muanlai Restaurant will be take place of All day Dining Restaurant
- Noise / Pollution : major noise will take place during the first month
of construction but some light noise throughout the period.
