This resort is
located on a beautiful unspoiled beach, Had Arunothai. Dozens of
stunning limestone islands rising out of the sea are in full view.
Visitors can observe the lifestyle of the local fishermen on this quiet
beach.. Koh Tao, the premier diving area in the Gulf of Thailand is
directly to the east with Arunothai providing the closest access point
on the mainland and is closer to Koh Tao than the usual point of
departure which is Koh Samui. Nearby is Paknam Tako- an estuary where
local fishermen live and from where they depart for their daily trips
into the Gulf.

CHILDREN'S POLICY
Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge.
Children under 12 years old stay free of charge on the Sofa bed
when staying in Wiman Villas or Wimantip Villa sharing with their
parents.
Maximum 1 child sharing room with their parents is permitted in
Wiman and Wimantip Villas.
Maximum 2 child sharing room with their parents is permitted in
Tusita Residence.
NON ARRIVAL POLICY In the event of guest non-arrival, the resort will charge a
fee equal to the full length of stay ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon).
The resort will do its best to have room available for early
arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is available at
an extra charge of 50% for each room
category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night will apply for use
of the room after 18:00 hrs.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room. No show: total payment will be charged. Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit,
no booking is confirmed.
