Cancellation and No
Show Policy Cancellation & No Show Charges: 1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement before
specified date of each season : * Peak Season : 45 days prior to the arrival date,
Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee. * Shoulder/High Season : 30 days for 1 night
charged. * Low Season : 15 days 1 night charged.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000
Baht. 3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service
fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. No show: total payment will be charged.
