Check
-in/ Check-Out : Confirmed rooms will be available for
occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-Out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from
12.00 noon to 07.00 o P.M.
On departure day will be charged 50% of the rate. Rooms
occupies beyond 07.00 p.m. will be charged as per rate,
unless specially specified in writing by The Resort.
Not allow fresh food carrying :Cooking in the resort
area.
Not allow pet.
Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 28 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nighht charge for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 18 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nighht charge for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 12 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nighht charge for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
