Extra Bed + ABF

Terms & Conditions:

• The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% Government Tax and American Breakfast for 2 person.

• American Breakfast is at THB 250 per day.

• Extra bed rate is 800 Baht include American Breakfast.

• One Child age under 12 years sharing with parents is fee of charge , Cost of ABF is 250 Baht per day.

• Check in time 14.00 hrs.

• Check out time is 12:00 hrs.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
    Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
        * Peak Season : 14 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
        * High Season : 8 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
        * Low Season : No Show prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
     If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
     For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment :
  Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
