Rooms will normally by
available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check
out time is 12 noon. Rooms used between 12 noon and 6 p.m. will be
charged at 50% of the room rate. Rooms used beyond 6 p.m. will be
charged at the full rate.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy: All cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge one night room
rate.
No Show Policy:
One night room rate will be charged or non refund.
Full
prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Master and
VISA Card is accepted with additional 3.5%
service charge.
