Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to
14.00 hrs. will require pre-registration to guarantee Check-in.
Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100%
of the daily contract room rates and should be requested at
time of reservation.
Check-out is 12.00 hrs. Late
departures up to 18.00 hrs. are available, subject to
availability, at 50% charge of the daily
contract room rates. After 18.00 hrs. the full day rate will be
applicable. Early Check-out & No Show: Guest who early check out prior to
their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one nights
room charge.

Family Plan:
- Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents is
existing bedding is free of charge, maximum on child per room.
- Breakfast and others meals for children between 4-12 years
will be charged as the indlcated.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed include
breakfast.
- Maximum 2 children shring room with 2 adults (an extra bed
include breakfast for child is the same price as adult.)
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3
years.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy :
Full
prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
