Boat Suite Renovation Update:
Please be informed that as
part of The Imperial Boat House Beach Resort is ongoing upgrading
efforts and to serve you better in the future, we will be carrying out
some renovation works in some Boat Suites from now till 15th July 2011
inclusive. During the above period mentioned, you might experience some
noise and sight disturbance although we will try our best to keep it
under control, we would like to ask for your kind understanding and
assistance by extending the “Stop Sales” of the Boat Suites until 15th
July 2011. Please kindly update in your system accordingly.

within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right
to charge at least one-night room rate per room
- No Show Full Charged
- If you wish
to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a
cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we
reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through
credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
