Confirmed rooms will
usually be available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of
arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00
noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50%
of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be
charged at the full rate.
Cancellation/Amendment
Policies:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season (20 Dec 09 - 10 Jan 10)
- 30 days prior to arrival date for other period
Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment
for Peak Season and one night room
rate for other period.

Full prepayment within 30 days. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
is confirmed.
