The 7-bedroom villa sits in a secure, quiet development just 1 km from Jomtien Beach. The surroundings are fresh and green, with garden and jungle views in all directions.

Entering through a fingertip-touch gate with private parking, you first will be wowed by the pool terrace. The pool is quite large at 38 sqm, with wide circular steps and in-pool Jacuzzi seating. The garden and pool features custom lighting and design for a real “wow” factor – the pool even changes color at nighttime. The pool’s wide water feature can be admired from both the BBQ area, with built-in granite counters, and from the massive outdoor seating area with custom benches, cushions, and high-powered fans.

The open plan living area is no less impressive. At its center sits the lounge, with extravagant sofas that accommodate all guests and an enormous satellite LCD TV with state-of-the-art sound system. Through the windows, you can admire the side garden and the Lanna-Thai bas-relief that were the inspiration for Baan Calypso.
