There are 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are on the ground floor.  The two master bedrooms on the second floor lead out onto a balcony that has a staircase leading down to the private swimming pool. The master bedrooms have a walk-in closet and a private patio with views overlooking the pool and garden. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower facilities and a western toilet.

The spacious kitchen features a built-in oven, microwave and large double-door refrigerator and breakfast bar with a built-in stovetop with grill and stainless steel canopy. There is plenty of storage space in the drawers and cupboards and loads of room on the benches, for food preparation.
