Lost Key

if the renter loses the key of the property, the renter must inform the hotel immediately ,

and report any damages that occurs on the property during the renter's stay. For security reason,

the owner will required to change the locks. Renter agrees to pay this cost og 5,000 Baht. Please note that the spare key is kept at different location which cannot be accessed immediately. The key is secured and cannot be copied for security reason.
