Ban Talay Khaw O12 The villa is located in Plai Leam, and is just a 5-minute walk down to the beach at Thongson. Nothing beats strolling along the beach in the morning. Choeng Mon Beach and Bophut are both just a 10-minute drive away, home to lots of cool and trendy bars, stunning international restaurants and lots of shopping options. This is a location that merges privacy and convenience.

The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 people, 3 of which have double beds, while the 4th has twin beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, desks and air-con. 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while there is a safe deposit box in the Master.

There are 3 main bathrooms, all with showers, toilets and wash basins, although the Master also has a bathtub. The 4th bathrooms is for guests and only has a toilet.

The Western-style kitchen is great for self-catering and comes with appliances that include a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a 4-ring stove and lots of dishware and cutlery.

The dining area is an integral part of the open plan living area, coming with a large dining table big enough for 8 people.
