Baan Suan Far-Sai

Baan Suan Far-Sai is just 400 m from Cosy beach, Pratumnak Hill. This great location means it is also just a short drive to downtown Pattaya and to major shops such as Big C, Tesco Lotus and Makro. Local attractions such as the Big Buddha and Silverlake Vineyards are also close by.

The large living room is upstairs and has lots of comfortable sofas for watching the large-screen TV or enjoying the garden views. A second comfortable living area downstairs opens out to the garden.

The villa has five main bedrooms. Four are ensuite. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned, come with king-size beds and luxury linens. Three bedrooms have TVs. There is an extra bedroom in the attic.

Four of the five bathrooms are ensuite with shower stalls, sinks and toilets. The main bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 2, each has it own access and can be locked from the inside for both rooms. The master bedroom also has an outside toilet and Jacuzzi on the balcony. Three of the ensuite bathrooms are upstairs. The fourth ensuite is downstairs.

Wood cabinets and plenty of counter-top space for cooking. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, three-burner cook top with grill, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tea- and coffee- makers. The villa has an outdoor BBQ at the rear of the building outside the kitchen. Outside table and chairs are on the front patio area.

The elegant dining room features a wooden table and high-backed chairs for eight persons overlooking the gardens.
