No-Show & Cancellation

cancellation or
amendment must be made inwritten
notice or email to us with
ouracknowledgement
within:
1. A 1 night fee applied for
cancellation received less than 35 days prior to arrival date
during High Season and Peak Season.
2.A 1 night fee applied for cancellation received less than 15
days prior to arrival date during Low Season.
3. Total Payment will be charged in case NO SHOW.
Payment Term:
Full
pre-payment within 20 days prior to arrival date. Visa and master is
accepted with 3.5% bank charge.
