The Rates
are net in Thai Baht and inclusive of ABF,service charge 10%, Tax 7%

Children's Policy -Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge. Children under
12 years old stay free of charge with breakfast (max 1 child per
room). Children under 12 years sharing room with their parents are
entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation must made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement prior to arrival date: - within 50 days for peak season;
- within 20 days for high seasons; and - within 10 days for low seasons. Cancellation after the said period, total payment is non refundable
for high and peak seasons and 1-night room rate charge for low
season.
No Show: Total payment is charged.
