Remarks:

	All the above rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 person, and inclusive of service charge, prevailing government tax.
	Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner on December 31st, 2011. Adult charge at Baht 3,000 net/person, Child 3- 12 years charge at Baht 1,500 net/person.
	Transfer: - From Samui Airport to Resort (one way trip) 350 Bht/person.
	Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.
	No extra charge for child under 12 years' old sharing the same room as their parents (Maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. Addition breakfast will be charged as per contract meal rates.

Meal Rates:

	Additional ABF @ 200 Baht/person.
	Lunch Europe Set @ 500 Baht/person.
	Dinner Europe Set @ 600 Baht/person.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before 25 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, total payment will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.   Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
