Bed Configuration:
Room Type A - E is good for 1 double or 1 twin push one extra
bed. Max. pax in room is 3 persons.
Room Type F and G are for 2 bedrooms with one twin, one double
bed and living room, two extra beds available. Max. pax in room
is 6 persons.

Check in/Check out:
Standard check out time is 12:00 noon and check in time is after
1:00 p.m. Early check subject to availability.

Cancellation and No
show Policy:

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgement within
- 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season.
- 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season.
- 20 days prior to arrival date for Green Season.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged
is non-refundable in all cases.

including Long Tail Boat Transfer from platform to Koh
Lipe at 50 Baht/Person/Way. This fee the clients will
