Day Use:
Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy
after 2 pm. on the day of departure will be charged at 50%

Cancellation
and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement within
- 30 days prior to
arrival date for High/Shoulder Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room.
- 40 days prior to
arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room.
- 20 days prior to
arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show: Full Charge
(Cancellations received after 4.00 pm. on the day of
arrival at the hotel)
Early Check Out:
One night room rate will be charged
Full prepayment within
35 days prior
